Hi, I’m Abiyah, a plant-based wellness and culinary educator passionate about helping others nourish their bodies with simple, wholesome, and flavorful foods.

My journey into plant-based living did not begin because I had everything figured out. It began because I knew I needed change.

There was a time when I found myself eating out of emotion, stress, habit, and convenience. I experienced weight gain, low energy, inflammation, and moments where I felt disconnected from my body and my choices. Like many people, I knew what it felt like to eat on autopilot — reaching for food without really being present, eating out of routine, or using food to comfort what I was feeling inside.

That season of my life taught me something important: food is not just about what is on the plate. It is connected to our emotions, our habits, our memories, our environment, and the way we care for ourselves.

As I began shifting toward whole, plant-based foods and practicing mindful eating, I started to feel different. I became more aware of my hunger, my cravings, my triggers, and the way certain foods made me feel. I learned how to slow down, listen to my body, and make choices with more intention instead of guilt or restriction.

I also have a degree as a Dietetic Technician, where I studied nutrition and gained a deeper understanding of how food supports the body. But what makes this work so meaningful to me is that I have also lived the transformation. I am a real example of how prevention, awareness, and nourishing food can create change from the inside out.

I created this space to educate, encourage, and inspire others who want to make healthier choices one meal, one habit, and one mindful step at a time.

Through my recipes, wellness resources, and Renew & Nourish: 7-Day Mindful Whole Food Reset, I help people reconnect with real food, better understand their eating patterns, and feel more confident in the kitchen. My approach is not about perfection. It is about intention, awareness, and learning how to nourish your body in a way that feels realistic, peaceful, and sustainable.
